Refund policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Heartsindesigns we aim to please our customers.  We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We currently DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, but we do have an exchange only policy. We will gladly process your exchange request for an item of equal or lesser value. To process a request for an exchange please follow the steps below:

1. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition and packaging within five business days of receipt. 

2. Once received, it will be inspected by one of our team members. 

3. After it's validated that the item is in the original state when it was shipped it to you we will honor an exchange

4. Please also include all applicable replacement item info: quantity, size, color, item number etc
